About three months ago, Steve Burnett painted the outside of our home. In addition to Steve, we had obtained bids from two other highly recommended, reputable painters Steve’s price was in between the other two painters’ bids, We chose Steve because he proposed brushing on the paint vs. spraying it on. Steve was hired by my wife to paint the outside of our home and did such a great job. That we had no qualms whatsoever about hiring him when it came time to paint the entire inside of our home while we were remodeling. His work was much more than satisfactory and we are very pleased with the outcome.
Steve is a very meticulous, conscientious and hard working individual who takes great pride in his work. In addition, Steve gives you a days work for a days pay and the price he quoted for the job was both very fair and earned.
We are planning to hire Steve again in the near future for another large painting job we are considering.

We want to compliment Steve Burnett for the excellent painting job he ded on our home. Steve listened to our painting needs and accommodated all our wishes. In our first meeting with Steve, it was obvious from his attitude he was a responsible person that wanted to do a first-class job for his customers.
Steve has the ability to look at the project and instantly give you a written quote using his computer and a portable printer. As with most projects, there are always a few extras. When the job was completed, we asked him if there were any additinoal expenses - no, he said he stood by his original quote.
He attended to every detail. When the plants and shrubs were at risk, he covered them with a tarp. He uses the best paints and materials and made certain the colors matched by experimenting with a sample board. We dtdn't not have to ask him about the required preparations; he powdered washed, scraped, treated the rusty nails, and used a primer.
Steve primary concern is to his clients. We thought we needed the whole exterior of the house painted. Steve mentioned he would gladly paint the whole house but he thought only part of the house need painting and other parts just needed touching up.
Our home is difficult to paint because of the numerous levels and platforms throughout the house. Every deck required climbing on a wooden shingle roof. which is not meant to be walked on, and using high ladders to reach these difficult areas. None of these obstacles discouraged Steve he skillfully maneuvered the ladders over these hard to reach places and took care when he had to walk on the roof.
Steve would arrive early in the morning and work Late. When the weather was not favorable for painting, he would phone us early in the rooming explaining the weather air would compromise the paint from drying properly.
Steve is reliable, trust worthy, cooperative and pleasant to deal with. In today's hurried environment, it's a pleasant experience to deal with a person who cares about their work and cares about pleasing their customers, In our experience, Steve has been the best value for the dollar we have found.
What a joy for Ira and I to drive in our driveway and see our home looking so great. THANK you Steve for a first-rate job.
